內容描述:
由香港中華煤氣有限公司及香港食品科技協會合辦的全港第十屆健康飲食設計及烹飪比賽,本校5A班葉璐同學及5C班周咏祺同學勇奪全港學生組冠軍!
烹飪比賽以抗疫為主題,參賽者需設計及煮出一道能有效增強抵抗力菜式。比賽共有16隊香港各大學院校主修營養系同學參與,本校同學能夠力壓各大專院校的對手奪冠,足見本校同學的能力及努力。
本校兩名同學以菜式「藥膳蒸雞」在比賽中脫穎而出,並獲贈港幣1800元獎學金和禮券,以及獎狀以茲鼓勵。
