Hoarseness, dryness of the throat, or shortness of breath when speaking? These may be signals that your vocal cords are calling for help. Caring for your voice begins with everyday habits — hydration, rest, and gentle use.
Illustration Competition x Voice Care To mark World Voice Day 2026, the Hong Kong University Voice Research Institute, in collaboration with Sik Sik Yuen, organized the “World Voice Day 2026 Voice Care Stories” Illustration Competition. Students from five secondary schools under Sik Sik Yuen were invited to express, through art, how they cherish their voices and care for the communication needs of those around them.
Our students achieved outstanding success, winning the Merit Award! Through creativity and vibrant colors, they conveyed meaningful messages about voice care:
✨ 4A Kwok Ho Yee
✨ 4B Yiu Chun Ting

Their works are not only visually impressive but also deeply significant, transforming the concept of “voice care” into touching stories that inspire and enlighten.
